Quick answer

Log in to Hero11 first. For Fantasy, open My Matches to see the contests you've entered and their status. For quick-round games such as Aviator or Mines, open the game and check its history or records screen. For money added or withdrawn, check your account's transaction records. If something looks wrong, note the time and reference, then contact Hero11 through Help.

Fantasy results: My Matches

A match ending and a contest being settled are separate steps. Hero11 applies the result under that contest's rules, so allow time for the status to change. Read how Fantasy contests work for cancelled or shortened matches.

  1. Open the Hero11 app or the Hero11 site and tap LOGIN/REGISTER to sign in with your email or mobile number.
  2. Open the Fantasy tab.
  3. Tap My Matches to see the contests you've joined.
  4. Open a contest to check your answers and its current status.

Game rounds: the history inside each game

Quick-round games keep their own records. Inside the game, look for a history, records or clock icon. In crash games like Aviator, the strip of recent multipliers shows everyone's rounds; your own entries are listed separately where the game offers a personal history.

Keep the full title when you check. Chicken and Chicken road2, for example, are different games with separate records.

For Rummy, the table or tournament screen shows how each deal or round ended. If you play several formats, note which one you were in (Points, Deals or Tournament) before you look, because each keeps its own results.

Results vs money records: which one to check

A money record shows that an amount moved; it doesn't explain why. Match its time and amount with the contest or round it came from.

Changed phones? Your records follow your account

Results and history belong to your Hero11 account, not to the phone. On a new phone, install the app or open the Hero11 site, then log in with the same email address or mobile number you used before. Your contests in My Matches and your account records should appear once you're signed in to that account.

If the history looks empty, check that you used the same email or number rather than registering again. A second account starts with an empty history and won't show the first account's contests.

Keep the old phone signed in

Until you can see your records on the new phone, keep the old one signed in. It's the quickest way to look up a reference if you need to contact Help.

What to save before contacting Help

Then contact Hero11 through Help at the bottom of the site, or tap the headset icon on the Login/Register screen. All the routes are on our contact page. Hide your password, OTP and full payment details in any screenshot.

  • The section and full title: for example Fantasy, Aviator or Rummy Deals.
  • The match, entry, round or transaction reference exactly as shown.
  • The date, time and timezone on the screen.
  • The status shown and any exact message.
  • What you expected and the rule that says so.

What won't fix a result

  • Creating a new account: it starts a new record and doesn't change the old one.
  • Repeating an entry to “test” it: that creates another round instead of explaining the first.
  • Sharing your OTP or password with anyone who says they're from support.
  • Calling a “Hero11 customer care number” from a search result or social post.
Watch out for fake customer care

As of October 2026, Hero11's Contact Us section listed six public channels and no phone number. Numbers found elsewhere are a common scam. Use Help inside the Hero11 site or app.
